Returns & Refunds
Your gift is a trust. Because much of what we send is living and fresh, our policy is built on guarantee and replacement, not hollow numbers. If a gift does not arrive as it should, we make it right — quickly, and without argument.
Flowers & sweets (perishable)
- Freshness guarantee: if a bouquet or sweets arrive in poor condition, send us a photo within 24 hours of receipt — we re-prepare and redeliver free, or refund in full, your choice.
- By their nature, perishable items are not returnable after a sound delivery, but any quality defect falls under the guarantee above.
Plants & grow-kits
- You may exchange or return within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition. Plants damaged in transit are replaced immediately with a photo of the condition.
Order cancellation
- An order can be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins. Once the bouquet is being arranged on the morning of delivery, cancellation is no longer possible — the fresh work has already begun.
How refunds are issued
- Refunds return to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the provider (card, Mada, Tabby, Tamara). Nuwa welcome and referral credits are non-redeemable for cash.
Nuwa Spaces
- The site-visit and 3D-design fee (250 SAR) is non-refundable — but it is fully deducted from the contract value on execution, so it is never lost.
How to request a return
- Reach us at care@nuwa.sa or via WhatsApp support with your order number and a photo of the condition — we reply the same business day.
