Terms & Conditions
By using Nuwa you agree to these terms. We wrote them to be unambiguous: what we owe you, and what we ask of you. Flowers fade — our agreement stays in writing.
Who we are
- Nuwa is a Saudi store for gifting flowers, sweets, plants and grow-kits, and for landscaping (Nuwa Spaces). Commercial Registration and VAT number: CR ———————— — VAT ———————————.
- Prices are in Saudi Riyal and include 15% VAT.
Orders & delivery
- Flowers and sweets: same-day delivery within covered cities for orders confirmed before 2 PM. Plants and kits: nationwide shipping in 2–4 business days.
- SOS mode: preparation and arrival within 120 minutes in supported cities, at an urgency premium shown clearly before payment.
- Fresh floral items may vary slightly in shade by seasonal availability, while preserving the shown grade and arrangement.
Payment
- We support card, Mada and Apple Pay, and interest-free installments via Tabby and Tamara under their eligibility terms — the amount is computed and verified on our side, never in your browser.
- Welcome and referral credits: balances granted under our program, applied to one eligible order, non-redeemable for cash, and subject to an expiry date.
Privacy & anonymous gifting
- Prices never appear in the gift box, and you may omit your name from the card. We comply with the PDPL — details in the Privacy Policy.
Nuwa Spaces
- Project estimates shown are approximate and non-binding. The only amount due upfront is the site-visit and 3D-design fee (250 SAR). Any execution contract is documented separately upon agreement.
Intellectual property
- The Nuwa name, mark and platform design are ours. Content you author (card message, voice note) stays yours; we process it only to fulfil your gift.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
